1. Service Charges
Ambulance service charges are based on factors such as distance, type of ambulance, medical equipment required, and urgency of service. Charges are communicated at the time of booking or dispatch.
2. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If a service request is cancelled before the ambulance has been dispatched, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on administrative or processing costs, if any.
3. Cancellation After Dispatch
If the ambulance has already been dispatched or has covered a certain distance, refunds may not be applicable. In such cases, charges will be adjusted based on distance traveled and resources utilized.
4. No-Show or Non-Availability
If the patient or requester is unavailable at the pickup location or provides incorrect details resulting in service disruption, no refund will be issued.
5. Emergency Situations
Due to the nature of emergency medical services, refunds are generally not applicable once the service has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Sri Ganesh Ambulance Services.
6. Service Failure
In the rare event that we are unable to provide the confirmed service due to internal reasons, an eligible refund will be processed after review.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method or an alternative method as agreed. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment mode.
